Firstly, I want to apologize for such a long description but I think there are not enough words to describe the beauty of undiscovered beauty of Croatia. A beautiful land that we want to sell(to provide our daughter studying in Zagreb,the capital of Croatia) is set in Kaštela. It is a city on the south of Croatia- a country on the Mediterranean. It`s a peaceful country in development that is divided from Italy by pure and blue Adriatic sea and if you continue to the south you`ll reach Greece and their famous coast that is as amazing as Croatian because of thousand of islands (literally,Croatia has 1125 islands surrounded by pure sandy beaches). It`s also close to the central Europe and famous states such as Austria,Germany,Switzerland,etc. Since it has an outstanding location( connects south and central Europe) it has bright future. It is only 30 min(car,bus..)away from popular tourist destination,Split. Not only is it famous for its rich history but it is becoming a place for fun, from 2013 to 2017 there will be held world famous Ultra music festival ( there are only a few more cities in world that take place of it too,for example Miami!) So it is a perfect place for all generations because it offers fun and crazy experiences as much as calm peaceful strolls down the city with the sound of street musicians or calm beautiful evenings in fancy restaurants that provide great unique food that will surely satisfy anyone`s taste. But during the day there are numerous beaches and a great diversity of activities to enjoy ! Kaštela- city between two popular tourist destinations, Trogir and Split( known for ancient ruins of caesar Dioklecijan, roman emperor from 4.century ) is a perfect place to build cottages,apartments,hotels and similar buildings that offer residence because of nearness to all those places. There are even airport,train,and buses, but this land is set in a place where it`s quiet enough not to spoil the calmness of beautiful nature that surrounds it.
